Every voice matters.

Creating spaces where difficult experiences can be spoken.

We create space for what is often left unsaid.

Bonga na Jacinta Wellness is a mental wellness platform focused on creating safe, compassionate and psychologically informed spaces where people can talk about difficult experiences, understand themselves better, process loss and move toward healing and thriving.

Our work includes counselling, psychosocial support, psychoeducation, wellness conversations, webinars, workshops, support communities and other initiatives that create opportunities for people to talk, heal and thrive.

We believe that many people are carrying experiences they have never had the opportunity, language or safety to talk about. Sometimes they know exactly what happened. Sometimes they know something hurts but cannot explain why. Sometimes everyone around them has moved on, while internally, they are still trying to understand what changed.

Bonga na Jacinta Wellness creates space for these experiences.

Why we exist 06 pillars
01

Safe, compassionate space.

Psychologically informed environments where every experience is held with care — never judged, never minimised.

02

Language for the unspoken.

Helping people name what they are carrying, even when they have never had the words for it before.

03

Beyond conventional grief.

Recognising that grief includes much more than death — loss of identity, hope, relationships, health and futures imagined.

04

Lived experience at the centre.

Shaped by people who have carried grief themselves — not just studied it — so the work stays human and honest.

05

Belonging, not just discussion.

Communities built so a person can think: “There are other people who understand this.”

06

Healing at your own pace.

No timeline to meet. No pressure to speak before you are ready. You set the pace, always.

What we do

Four pillars of care that hold space for what people carry quietly.

01

Counselling.

Psychologically informed one-to-one sessions for grief, loss and life transitions.

02

Psychosocial support.

Practical and emotional support that recognises grief as part of everyday life.

03

Psychoeducation.

Articles, webinars and workshops that help people understand grief and recognise themselves.

04

Communities.

Ten welcoming communities built for peer support, connection and belonging.

What you lost mattered.

So does your grief. You do not have to make your pain smaller for it to be worthy of care.

Whether your loss is visible or invisible, acknowledged or minimised, sudden or gradual, spoken or silent, socially recognised or disenfranchised — there is a place for you here exactly as you are.
