Jacinta Wanjiku is the Founder and Director of Bonga na Jacinta Wellness, where she serves as the Lead Psychologist/Trainer. She is a certified and licensed Counseling Psychologist accredited by the Counsellors and Psychologists Board (C&P Board), Ministry of Health, Kenya, dedicated to promoting accessible and client-centered responsive mental health care. Jacinta provides therapeutic support, mental health training, and psychosocial services addressing concerns such as loss and grief, addiction, anxiety and depression, trauma-informed care, relationship challenges, and stress management. Her approach combines evidence-based psychological practices with compassionate, practical conversations that make mental health support approachable and relevant to everyday life. Through therapy, training, and advocacy, she works to normalize mental health conversations and empower individuals toward healing, resilience, and intentional living.
